    All donations made to Mother Ocean Funds are considered final and non-refundable.

    When you donate or make a purchase:
    - You understand that your contribution directly supports our marine conservation initiatives
    - The full amount of your donation goes towards protecting ocean ecosystems and helping Adpative Divers Heal.
    - No portion of the donation will be returned once processed

    3. Merchandise Purchases
    For items purchased in our online store:

    3.1 Non-Returnable Items

    • - All merchandise is final sale
    • - No returns will be accepted for:
    •   - Customized or personalized items
    •   - Digital products (e-books, guides, downloadable content)
    •   - Printed materials
    •   - Limited edition conservation merchandise

    3.2 Damaged or Defective Items
    In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item:
    - Contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt at:
